Why We Built This Site
Public access in Nebraska still requires knowing which office made or keeps a record. The Arthur County Sheriff handles local reports, warrant questions, and booking destinations, but the county has no jail roster. County Court and District Court preserve different parts of a criminal case. The Nebraska State Patrol holds the fingerprint-supported state repository, while correctional and registry systems answer narrower questions. Bringing those distinct official routes together reduces wasted calls and long Sandhills trips without pretending that one database is complete.

An official copy must come from the Arthur County Sheriff, the proper court clerk, or the Nebraska State Patrol, whichever holds the original.
