Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the search. That provider handles the request and supplies the results. Arthur County Criminal History does not retain or record the search terms on its own systems.

It provides general directions for finding Arthur County records through the sheriff's records office, Nebraska courts, the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or into records about other people.
